Description
The Tour takes place on Saturday October 11th. The hours are from 10 am to 4 pm.
The Tour begins at the Martinez Refining Company Clubhouse where visitors receive a complementary booklet that contained the following:
- A map
- Location of each home & garden
- Articles on homes & gardens.
- Useful Tour information
- Articles about the town and about the sponsors of the Tour.
The Clubhouse is located at 1635 Pacheco Blvd. in Martinez.
Avoid the crowd at 10 am by starting the tour at 11 — or later. A tour of just the homes takes about 2 hours. More time is required if you wish to linger over the exhibits in the town’s museums.
SHUTTLES
- Transportation to the Tour sites is available via shuttle buses. We have five shuttles including three ADA-wheechair lift buses courtesy of Carlton Senior Living.
- The shuttles will be continuously circulating and picking up passengers at the Clubhouse and at house locations.
- For those beginning the Tour, the last shuttle to leave the Clubhouse will do so at 2:30.
- The shuttles will continuously move passengers to all 7 locations and return you to the Clubhouse.
- Driving and walking are options for the other locations.
